Fit as Femme
Julie Wallace
This small group training program is membership based and focuses on  the female body. The exercises are designed to burn more calories to help slim the waist, to achieve overall fat loss, and to enhance certain assets (such as the glutes). As a NASM Certified Trainer, Julie incorporates the OPT Model and runs you through periodization workouts which include stability, core, strength, and conditioning that adjust over time. The session will include some HIIT or Tabata for increased burn and use a variety of equipment including stability balls, TRX equipment, medicine balls, kettlebells and dumbbells. Small Group Training is a little different than group classes because it allows for more personalization. Fun is required.

A FUN, Energetic, 30 minute High- Intensity Cardio Conditioning Workout that is set to hit music. Get ready to sculpt your core, legs, glutes, and upper body through the use of a step. Don’t worry, this isn’t old-school step aerobics—it’s functional fitness that’s fun. All fitness levels can attend & will benefit from this class.
