Inside & Out Training

Keri Smith

Inside & Out Small Group Training is a membership based class focusing on balance and core strength by combining plyometric and weight lifting exercises.

Metabolic Conditioning

Ty Stewart

Build strength and get lean with this strategic combination of movements and rest periods designed to burn more calories during your workout and stimulate the metabolism to maximize calories burned for up to 36 hours post-workout.

Fit as Femme

Julie Wallace

This small group training program is membership based and focuses on  the female body. The exercises are designed to burn more calories to help slim the waist, to achieve overall fat loss, and to enhance certain assets (such as the glutes). As a NASM Certified Trainer, Julie incorporates the OPT Model and runs you through periodization workouts which include stability, core, strength, and conditioning that adjust over time. The session will include some HIIT or Tabata for increased burn and use a variety of equipment including stability balls, TRX equipment, medicine balls, kettlebells and dumbbells. Small Group Training is a little different than group classes because it allows for more personalization. Fun is required.

Strong and Sexy

Ryan Brennan

This group class makes use of barbells, dumbbells, and kettle bells to build strength for women. The program also includes a simple to follow nutrition plan to obtain maximum results. Contact Ryan for timing and details.

Boot Camp + Yoga

Find balance and strength with this session that starts with a boot camp session to get your heart rate up and ends with 30 minutes of yoga to get your mind right - the perfect way to start your day.

Transform Cardio Step

A FUN, Energetic, 30 minute High- Intensity Cardio Conditioning Workout that is set to hit music. Get ready to sculpt your core, legs, glutes, and upper body through the use of a step. Don’t worry, this isn’t old-school step aerobics—it’s functional fitness that’s fun. All fitness levels can attend & will benefit from this class.

ABC's - Arms, Butt, Core

Stephanie Blackmon

A fun conditioning class designed to help tone & sculpt the glamour muscles (biceps, triceps, shoulders, glutes @ abs).
