Our Sandy Springs location features two personal training stations each of which includes more than enough equipment to provide an endless combination of workout routines. We have gathered feedback from trainers in the Atlanta area and have carefully selected the equipment. All items listed are dedicated to your workout station with the exception of the cardio machines which are available on a first come, first served basis.

Torque Fitness Wall Unit

The Torque Fitness unit is an all-in-one functional storage system including an Olympic Lifting Station, TRX Suspension Training system, landmine rotational trainer, and pull up bar. It also provides convenient storage for all accessories dedicated to each station including a 30 lb. barbell, grip plates, medicine balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, foam roller, BOSU ball, and stability ball.

Hoist Functional Trainer

The Hoist multi-gym provides a complete range of functional training exercises. Accessories include individual strap handles, dual attachment long strap for weight-assisted pull-ups and other exercises, dual attachment long bar, and padded ankle/thigh straps for leg exercises. Upgraded weight stacks increase the total weight to 400 lbs (200 lbs per stack).

Hero Plyometric Box

This 3-in-1 plyometric box offers three different heights for various exercises including 20 inch, 24 inch, and 30 inch. The intuitive soft design helps prevent injury while providing a sturdy base for cardio and HIIT workouts.

Hero Battle Rope

This 30 foot Hero battle rope is made of heavy duty materials and provides a great complement to your high intensity interval training routines.

Hoist Folding Bench

The Hoist folding bench adjusts from -15 to 80 degrees allowing for decline, flat, and incline exercises. Cushioned leg supports allow for comfortable ab exercises and integrated wheels let you move the bench out of the way when not in use.



Each station comes complete with dedicated free weights and accessories including the following items: hex dumbbells weighted 5 to 50 pounds, medicine balls weighted 10 to 30 pounds, kettlebells weighted 10 to 35 pounds, rubber grip plates weighted 2.5 to 45 pounds, foam roller, bosu ball, stability ball, and floor mats. Everything you need to provide your clients with a full body workout.

Airdyne X Exercise Bike

The Airdyne X fan bike includes multi-grip handle bars for vertical and horizontal grips, anti-slip stationary foot pegs for isolating your upper body, and a weighted inertia ring for progressive resistance and smooth motion.

HIIT Rower

The StairMaster HIIT rower provides isokinetic fan resistance and includes a fan dampening system that allows for increased or decreased workloads at a given stroke rate.
