Troy Hambric is a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She aspires to be a well known inspiring example of what it means to be healthy and happy through her knowledge of fitness, wellness, and nutrition. Her unique ability to connect with her clients makes her unique because it stems from her own personal experiences from her journey towards a healthy and happy lifestyle. Troy specializes in post rehabilitation programming, functional fitness, weight/resistance training, HIIT, and nutrition. She has over four years of experience with personal training and one year with physical therapy assisting. Troy offers 1:1 private training session and 2:1 semi private training session.
Brandt is focused on providing a space where you can pursue the fitness goals that are most important to you. With an emphasis on “Move Well, Build Strength, Feel Rewarded,” Brandt brings a focus on functional training that applies to everyday life. Brandt holds multiple certifications as a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Mobility and Movement Coach, as well as a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Brandt offers 1 on 1 training, as well as small group training up to groups of 6 for friends and family.
Stephanie owns her own fitness & wellness brand with the mission of being a resource for women and inspiring them to make lifestyle changes, including their health and wellness. She is passionate about all things fitness, health and welleness, especially those impacting women (uterine fibroids, PCOS, etc.) as her journey was birthed her own challenges with fibroids. She is a certified personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor. As a hobby, Stephanie participates in bodybuilding competitions across the country and has earner her card to compete as a preofessional. Her mission is to take busy professionals from sedentary or somehwere in betweeen to crushing it in the gym!
Luke is a NASM-CPT Certified Personal trainer who loves helping people get healthier and happier through an intelligently designed, uniquely tailored training program and eating habits. In his 14+ years of personal training, he has worked with clients of all types in NYC and LA. Luke has helped Broadway dancers put on muscle, office workers lose fat and improve posture, actors get camera-ready lean, and athletes improve performance and prevent injury. Whatever your goals are, Luke will work safely and efficiently to reach them, all while having fun!
Aaron provides performance enhancement and training solutions to athletes and busy professionals. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Exercise Physiologist, Aaron has been in the health and human performance industry for over 10 years. His experience includes collegiate (D1) strength and conditioning, corporate wellness, and campus recreation. Aaron specializes in strength and conditioning, sports performance, and post rehabilitation/injury prevention. His training philosophy aims to enhance your performance, unleash your potential, and bridge the gap between rehab and High Performance. Aaron is currently a Master Trainer for ACE fitness, and the Senior Fitness Coordinator at Kennesaw State University.
